Sorry, you are not an admin!

Is this project still active?

i created the bot, got the token, entered the docker settings in the compose file and run the docker

the only response i get from my bot is "Sorry, you are not an admin!"

i tried to change the environment TELEGRAM_BOT_ADMINS to my currently used Telegram Name, still the same output
i created a username for my telegram account and added that to the environment, still the same output
i tried to undocument the line in the compose file thinking that in the README it says it is optional and uses nul, still the same output

what am i missing here

HTTP Token Issue

Hi, it seems like the HTTP API-TOKEN functionality is broken. I've tried testing through curl using a few different methods and it does not seem to work. Methods:

curl -L -X POST 'http://server:port/execute' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -H 'Authorization: Bearer <TOKEN>' --data-raw '{ "command": "say Hello World!" }'

curl -L -X POST 'http://server:port/execute' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' --data-raw '{ "token": "<TOKEN>" , "command": "say Hello World!" }'
Both of these hang as though the command was incorrect. If I leave out the token parts as below I do get a forbidden response from the server

curl -L -X POST 'http://server:port/execute' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' --data-raw '{ "token": "<TOKEN>" , "command": "say Hello World!" }'

`curl` command hangs if an invalid command is sent

If you send something like the following, the curl command never completes:

curl -L -X POST 'http://localhost:17394/execute' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' --data-raw '{"command": "says hi"}'
