XLink Kai API Use

Instead of using the somewhat more complex method of parsing through the repo, you can use the api such as https://api.teamxlink.co.uk/kai/releases/v2/?platform=linux_debian_x86_64

Example docker compose syntax wrong

I suspect the docker compose example is wrong.
When using the example, I got this output:
service "xlink-kai" refers to undefined network host: invalid compose project
Changing this line
networks: - host
to this
network_mode: host
worked.
