UPD: removing comma between "where"s fixes this bug

[Feature request] msbuild task for calling the generator will be nice to have

Build process is controlled by various tools like msbuild, Cake, Nant and so on. It will be nice to have an integration with some (or all) of them.

No buildin help in the utility

$ nltg
Filename with grammar is required.
$ nltg --help
Filename "--help" does not exist.
$ nltg -v
Filename "-v" does not exist.
$ nltg /?
Filename "/?" does not exist.
$ nltg --Version
Filename "--Version" does not exist.
$ nltg /help
Filename "/help" does not exist.
$ nltg /h
Filename "/h" does not exist.

similar tools like gppg do have such commands:

$ gppg /version
