Lab report tools for students

This repo contains some bash scripts which might come in handy when preparing lab reports at the university.

All the scripts will need some adjustments if used for different data. Some sample data, including .dat files and screenshots, was uploaded for testing.

convert.sh

This script takes images, in this case screenshots from LabView environment, and prepares them for printing. This includes cropping, inverting colors (ink saving) and tweaking contrast. The script is using versatile ImageMagick.

graph.sh

This script prepares nice plots from .dat files using gnuplot utility.

clean_all.sh

Kinda "make clean" command.
