Refreshing a page can cause a 404

Nancy router does not seem to be working on routes that have more than one path/

Add logout button

Fix Grafana linux permissions on first deploy

Current version requires you to chmod so that grafana can create the plugins folder under lib.

I've observed similar issues in windows but cannot reliably replicate.

Break the input forms into multiple columns

Find and implement a NancyFX replacement

While Nancy was originally very easy to implement, and I still enjoy the syntax, a number of issues mean that we should consider other avenues.

Issues so far:

Project no longer very active
Poor 2.0 documentation
Cannot seem to forward requests to Index
Forces us to use an outdated Kestrel setup
Breaks often on package updates and retargets
Consists of many individual components that each target different .NET versions (from fx 4.6 to core 2 to core 3)
