Derp's resolution woes

Not sure why derp is still having resolution problems. Need to look into it further myself.

Update the scraped data from HypeDNS

Pretty simple thing to do.

Add Google DNS fallback

Using the new feature available in DJDNS, provide a fallback to 8.8.8.8 in root.json.

Bring RI private page up to date

The RI private page is missing metadata (optional, but nice), and may not have the right IPv6 addresses (clearnet instead of mesh). Might as well fix these things, and take the opportunity to try out the new identity embedding, so that we have something to play with in DJDNS.

Break out deferrals from root page

For the sake of future convenience and security in the era of DEJE, I'd like to move all the specifics of deferral to separate page files. A Namecoin file, an ICANN file, and an OpenNIC file right now. This makes it possible to use a local service by cleanly overriding one page, with no change to the root page.

Fall back to OpenNIC if not found on djdns and the TLD is an OpenNIC TLD

DJDNS now falls back to Google if it can't find the domain. It should fall back to OpenNIC for .bbs, .dyn, .free, .fur, .geek, .gopher, .indy, .ing, .mirco, .neo, .null, .oss, .oz, and .parody. A full list of OpenNIC servers can be found here

Add Tanuki's NS server.

Server should be addressable at ns1.sifnt.hype, pointing to fced:1353:20ab:9ff:f925:2a1f:4c3b:6afa. All other sifnt.hype domains should recurse through that NS server.

Add private page for Liam that points to the IP of his choice.

Domain request

I'd like to request some domains that exist already on Hyperboria, I'd like to forward them to the existing sites and make them compatible. I can verify ownership of each ICANN domain if necessary.
