duplicate full stop/decimal separator

The full stop is both in the Mathematics table and the punctuation table.

This is a duplicate that is hard to resolve in a encoder. Maybe use one when used with numbers and the other one when not. But as you might know, in German we write numbers using a , and other cultures might use different symbols again.

So maybe use one of the full stops (or decimal separators) for something else because both are the same Unicode codepoint.
