Use Local Storage to store data on reload

Update timer to use internal timer

• use new Date() for getting the time elapsed.
• Store start and end date/time.
• Add a variable for penalties (seconds solution was viewed)

The game automatically starts on load. Now use a button to start the game, you can also adjust game setting before starting the Game.
