Focus: Fista based CS reconstruction with L1 Wavelets.

Write proper Readme

Write a proper readme that explains how this repository is structured, howto install things etc.

Create benchmark4

Focus: Fieldmap-based reconstruction (probably including parallel imaging)

Create benchmark for espirit

Espirit is right now part of benchmark1 which was made on purpose since we wanted to compare the entire chain when we wrote the initial MRIReco publication.

Now that we improved this benchmark suite it would be great to have a dedicated benchmark for the coil estimation and we could probably use the same sensitivity profiles in benchmark1.

@JakobAsslaender: This might be interesting for you (since you worked on that code):

• have you made any time comparisons?
• have you made any accuracy comparisons?

Keeping results for major version

Can you run and keep some numerical results for release version (or major changes) ?

Remove Matlab Wrapper

In https://github.com/MagneticResonanceImaging/MRIRecoBenchmarks/tree/master/benchmark1 we currently used Matlab to execute the BART commands. We should change that to https://github.com/JakobAsslaender/BartIO.jl.

@aTrotier: Would you like to give this a go since you know BartIO better than me?

Next step would then be to create benchmark2, which would be dedicated to CS. There we will use https://github.com/aTrotier/MRIRecoVsBART_Benchmark
