I couldn't install the xgboost and lightgbm as it shows some errors. How I can solve this?

if you are windows user, you can use Anaconda , than it will be easy to install . Just Open Anaconda prompt and type: conda install -c conda-forge lightgbm
Or, you can also work easily on online google colab platform

lightgbm 2.2.3 doesn't support Python 32-bit. You have to install Python 64-bit version.
then follow this

Xgboost requires the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017.
If you already install the requirements that you need to update your pip.
Cause the problems look like authentication problem.

python -m pip install --upgrade pip
pip install "your-package-name"

If that doesn't work you can install directly from unofficial repository of Xgboost (after installing Visual C++)
For this try

pip install wheel
pip install "your-wheel-name"
