Have a model issue, need help

I have finished my data processing and create my model too. But when I load the model it stucks in a function as like

Even I try the model which was given by sir and I only change the input criteria and add some print() to check what's going on, but I am 100% sure they have no effect on model

this is the location where the stuck occurs

I can sure that python works properly as task manager says

the stuck is even more that 30 minutes long.
why this stuck..??.. Please help.
I don't know why this issue occurs or for which it happens ??

Problem on ploting histogram and normal probability

I have created two functions for checking and converting histogram and normal probability plot to use them for all the columns (after handling missing data).
It works for a set individually (like):
checker.general_distribution(df_train, 'GrLivArea')
plt.show()
checker.normalized_distribution(df_train, 'GrLivArea')
plt.show()
But when I do checking for another set(while keeping the conversion command of upper set as It necessary) the result of current becomes wrong though The show function doesn't use for the upper set).
I don't know that's the issue and can't find any solution as I need to keep conversion command of upper set.
What I suppose to do for this action.

I have created 3 new variables to combine some related variables as shown in picture.

here I need some suggestion now, which are:

1. Should I drop the variables, which are used to create the new variables?
2. Is it necessary to drop.?
3. If I drop them or if I don't, then what can be the effect in my processing?

Can't Push files from pc to github

I have a git directory in my pc and I have created the github repository already. Git is working properly for local, but when I try to push the work by remote (in github) it shows errors.

I have been trying all the possible ways of my known and I also check many where for the solution..But can't cope with the problem. Please help.

I think there is a problem in github repository as it doesn't look like as the one which was seen in class.
