power shell problem

cifar10.load_data() --Probelm

(x_train, y_train), (x_test, y_test) = cifar10.load_data()
I have so many confusion with this line. How it works...
And most impotent what is in "y_test".
how can I generate this two tuples without using " cifar10.load_data()"..
It makes a long download always. And as I have the dataset then why I need to download those every time at running whole process. I need "(x_train, y_train), (x_test, y_test)" these fours as it's for the "cifar10.load_data()", But don't want to use "cifar10.load_data()".. Any suggestion..please

cpu doesn't support Tensorflow

I have to install Tensorflow as it needs for keras. When I run model then it says:

It doesn't match with the tutorial of sir (part 2 - model). But the result is same.

And when I run train.py there is no result as like sir. Is it ok ? or I have to do something. I can't go ahead without solving this.

git problem

I have installed latest git (2.24) even an older one (2.22) on my OS Windows-10-Pro_x64. I have no problem at installing. But when I try to commit my added files then it doesn't respond. even there is no note about whats going on. And also my Disk becomes 99%+ used. But before the commit command the disk was at 0% and when I close the git window then also it comes down at 0%. So it happens because of the commit command. Please help.. I don't know what's going on.

Python-3.8 (in Linux) Installation Problem

I have used windows-8.1 operating system as my OS and python-3.8(x64) as project environment.
I have done some code on that. But at run time I have faced OS issues. So I have to move on linux.
I have installed Linuk-kali-17 (GNOME Terminal - 3.26.1). It has python 2.7 build-in.
But I need python-3.8 to run my existing codes. It seems like when I try to install 3.8 or upgrade then it says permission denied. I can't find any solution even can't uninstall python-2.7 (which is build-in).... What can I do...?

Python environment handling (linux & windows)

Who still have problem on python environment setup in windows can follow it:

Who have python environment problem in linux and want to restart (or start) the project with a fresh beginning can follow it. (Note: it's a new way that creates a fake environment of python. For which on a specific terminal operation OS acts as it has only one python and even no library will interrupt with the libraries of main os while installing using that. No confusion of python3/python or pip3/pip and even library installation. It's like a virtual machine (VMware) of windows but more than that. You can see detail in the file if you interest to check):
