To be able to run the server locally you have to:

1- Install node.js

2- Install node modules using this command:
npm intsall

3- Use this command to start the server:
npm run start
OR
node app

4- The server should be running on PORT:6969 use this link to open it:
http://127.0.0.1:6969/

PS:

You can use the text files in the Docs folder for testing
