BUG: input parameter QJFRAC

Describe the bug
Input parameter QJFRAC does not work and/or does anything

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to file *operation.xlsx
  2. Click on sheets STR_MIX or STR_SC or STR_STAB or Z_JACKET
  3. Scroll down to line 17, 15, 17, 17 respectively
  4. Set the parameter value
  5. Save and run the software
  6. See error

Expected behavior
The heat given in input to the component should be reduced leading to a lower temperature increase.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

BUG: external_free_convection_correlation

Describe the bug
Flag external_free_convection_correlation does not work and/or does not anything in sheet CONDUCTOR_input of input file conductor_definition.xlsx

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to input file conductor_definition.xlsx
  2. Click on sheet CONDUCTOR_input
  3. Scroll down to row 22
  4. Change the value of the flag
  5. Run the program
  6. See error

Expected behavior
The software works fine and correctly evaluate the natural convective heat transfer coefficient

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

BUG: fixAlphaBvalue

Describe the bug
Flag fixAlphaBvalue does not work or does nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to file *\operation.xlsx
  2. Click on sheets STR_MIX or STR_STAB or STR_SC
  3. Scroll down respectively to line 22, 20 22
  4. Set the flag (no suggestion are provided in the input file)
  5. Save and run the simulation
  6. See error

Expected behavior
Since the there is no explanation of the meaning of the flag I do not have an expected behavior.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

BUG: natural heat tranfer coefficient flag value 2

Describe the bug
Flag to select evaluate heat transfer coefficient by natural convection with the environment using a suitable correlation does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to file *coupling.xlsx
  2. Click on sheet HTC_choice
  3. In the matrix, select an allowed interface with the external environment
  4. Set the flag to 2
  5. Save and run the software
  6. See error

Expected behavior
Natural convection heat transfer coefficient with the external environment evaluated with a suitable correlation.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

BUG: magnetic field parameters

Describe the bug
input parameters BISS, BOSS, BITR and BOTR do not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to file *\operation.xlsx
  2. Click on sheet STR_MIX or STR_SC or STR_STAB
  3. Scroll down to lines 18-21 or 16-19 or 18-21 respectively
  4. Set the parameter values (no indications are provided)
  5. Save and run the file
  6. See error

Expected behavior
Do not have an expected behavior since it is not clear what is the meaning and the use of this parameters.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

BUG: joint definition

Describe the bug
Flag ISJOINT and related parameters XJBEG, XJBEIN XJBEOUT XJENOUT do not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to conductor_definition.xlsx
  2. Click on sheet CONDUCTOR_input
  3. Scroll down to row 13 up to 17
  4. Assign values to the parameters
  5. Save and run the software
  6. See error

Expected behavior
OPENSC2 should keep into account the joint.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

BUG: flag ITYMSH

Describe the bug
Adaptive mesh with initial refinement not generated when flag ITYMSH is set to value 3.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to file conductor_grid.xlsx
  2. Click on sheet GRID
  3. Scroll down to line 5
  4. Set ITYMSH to 3
  5. Save and run the software
  6. See error

Expected behavior
Adaptive mesh with initial refinement generated by the software.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

BUG: negative IALPHAB

Describe the bug
Negative value for flag IALPHAB does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to *operation.xlsx
  2. Click on sheets (STR_MIX, STR_SC, STR_STAB)
  3. Scroll down to line 8
  4. Set the allowed negative value
  5. Save and run the software
  6. See error

Expected behavior
Magnetic field gradient load from auxiliary input file and exploited in the simulation.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10

BUG: negative INTIAL

Describe the bug
Negative values for flag INTIAL do not work as expected or not work at all in input file *operations.txt may not work as expected or not work at all

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to *operations.txt
  2. Click on one of the sheets (CHAN, STR_MIX, STR_SC, STR_STAB, Z_JACKET)
  3. Scroll down respectively to line 4, 23, 21, 23, 19
  4. Set an allowed negative value
