Errors while compiling MKTRIS

I had differnt errors while compiling MKTRIS with Turbo Pascal v3.01A.
All seem to come from wrong End-of-Line characters.

I had them corrected with saving the files in UNIX-format (LF) and the back to Windows-format (CR+LF) in the Source-Editor Notepad++

After that I could compile MKTRIS succuessful with Turbo Pascal V3.02A under DOS and 3.01A under CP/M-80

As attachment the source-files and the compiled .COM for CP/M
