DB_CONTAINER_NAME -

**Doc enhacement

I would like to recommend setting the DB_CONTAINER_NAME before running the upgrade command.

Apex upgrade up to v 5.*

1. docker ps
   CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES
   9ca7d640fb9e sath89/oracle-12c "/entrypoint.sh " About an hour ago Up About an hour 0.0.0.0:1521->1521/tcp, 0.0.0.0:8080->8080/tcp dreamy_babbage

2. export DB_CONTAINER_NAME=dreamy_babbage --> Replace with your container name
   --> Depending on your env and shell it could be different, export is valid for bash in this case.

Making this you can avoid rare docker messages.

sath89/apex is not available anymore

$ docker login
Authenticating with existing credentials...
Login Succeeded

$ docker run -it --rm --volumes-from test_apex_12c --link test_apex_12c:oracle-database sath89/apex install
Unable to find image 'sath89/apex:latest' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: pull access denied for sath89/apex, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied.
See 'docker run --help'.

APEX folder is removed?

I see on your script:
rm -rf /u01/app/oracle/apex
What is your purpose? Where is new apex folder?

Error during Upgrade

when using the command:
docker run -it --rm --volumes-from 32b130da6042 --link 32b130da6042:oracle-database sath89/apex install

schema HR

Hi,
thank you very much for the docker-oracle-apex, it saves so many time for me.
I just learn the APEX, I need to use the schema "HR", but I cannot find it in oracle db, do you know how could I activate it and related tables?
