I noticed Chronojump has a lot of Glade files: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/chronojump/tree/master/glade
…but none of them can be displayed in Deckard/gladerunner.py.
Is this a bug? Investigation is needed.
Thanks! :-)
The available ui files for Fractal come from the old master
branch (now renamed legacy
). Current development happens in main
. Can you please update this?
Run Black on the code base (https://github.com/ambv/black)
Please check: https://deckard.malizor.org/?module=gnome-contacts&ui=data/ui/contacts-contact-form.ui&locale=ro_RO&display=1
The server returns 502 Bad Gateway
Update the current build-gnome-content.sh
script to retrieve modules from gitlab.gnome.org
instead of git.gnome.org
, which is deprecated.
Thanks for this great tool :)
Could you please add gd to the locale list? That would be a great time saver for me.
In case you need a country code, use gd_GB. Native language name is Gàidhlig.
build-gnome-module.sh
knows only https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME, but some extra apps are stored in https://gitlab.gnome.org/World. That includes fractal, PasswordSafe and podcasts.
Please make possible to include modules from World group and also include the three mentioned above.
Newly added to translate-able list of software, dconf-editor has some .ui files. Can you please verify if it can be added to deckard and, if yes, make it available?
Initially reported on Launchpad: https://bugs.launchpad.net/deckard/+bug/1765332
Please add cy_GB - Cymraeg (Welsh) to Deckard.
Thanks
Choosing the following two .ui files result in a server error:
https://deckard.malizor.org/?module=giara&ui=data/ui/comment_box.ui&locale=POSIX&display=1
https://deckard.malizor.org/?module=giara&ui=data/ui/main_ui.ui&locale=POSIX&display=1
Server responds with: 502 Bad Gateway
This is can be handy to visually ensure that the displayed data are up-to-date.
I didn't find GNOME Connections listed in deckard's dropdown menu neither blacklisted in build-gnome-content.sh. Can you please verify if it can be rendered in Deckard? Thanks in advance.
The Epiphany module is available on the GNOME test instance, but only src/resources/epiphany.ui is available. The same directory has many other ui files.
A quick tests demonstrated that some UI files in there can be displayed by Deckard.
For now only the gnome-chess module seems to use GTK4.
gladerunner.py does not accept its UI files in 4.0 mode as is, so some development may be needed.
For big modules like gnome-boxes, having a combo-box to more easily select a UI would be nice.
No HTML5 standard for this apparently, so we will have to go with an external library.
