[Invasion] Radio dialogs cause players to not be able to 'look around'.

Sniper rifle scope does not display correctly on wider resolutions.
As reported by ModDB user curseofnight, the sniper rifle scope does not display properly on wider resolutions.
When testing in 1360x768, the the vertical section on the left is not fully covered. The vertical section of the right is also not fully covered.
This issue appears to happen in the original mod as well.
