Randtexture problem with Stonebricks without optifine

Im currently running minecraft without optifine but im not sure if its about that. But i have this major issue that the random textures for stone-bricks [ stone_bricks_1 and so on ] are indeed not running it shows only the Missing Texture

Industrialcraft GUIs being automatic

But that's just how it is, I gues. No one ever will or even wants to code and texture everything back to the "normal" way again, and we have to go with the time.
Just wanted thats issue to exist as clarification to everyone coming here and maybe even reporting this themselves. (very unlikely but possible (please do q.q))

CTM-mods horizontal method (bookshelf) not working

Due to a way where the orignal texture has to be replaced in order for the method ctm_horizontal to work, this horizontal ctm method can't be included into this pack as it should be vanilla-compatible too!

Horse Texture

Horse textures do not show up. Only head and feet of the horse is textured

I didn't know how to provide a texture so I hope you don't mind me posting this here. But I fiddled about with some stuff and whipped up this for assets\appleskin\textures\
