Hello and thank you for your questions.

1. The version I use dates from 2019, but users reported that the latest version of the theme works flawlessly with the 2020 versions.
2. I imagine the application menu is grayed-out, because focus is on the version dialogue.
3. Yes, it mainly happens after logging in.
4. I am no longer using msstyleEditor, but VistaStyleBuilder. If I remember correctly WinAero Tweaker provides a simple option to change the color of active and inactive title bars.
5. I made a note on the todo-list, but I don't have much time in the moment to maintain the theme.
6. Process Hacker: Not sure if this is due to the theme or the program itself. Process Monitor from Microsoft Internals does a similar job and doesn't show these kind of problems.
   Yes, the caption buttons are slightly too big ;-)
   I will try to reproduce the problem with LTR and RTL, not sure how to do this as I am using the latin alphabet.
7. You should be able to switch off ClearType. If I understand you properly, you want to change the font as well from Segoe to Tahoma? Well, as @nptr mentioned the font is some kind of 'hard-coded' within the theme and I won't change anything regarding this, I am glad that it is working somehow....
