It will probably a "do whatever" kind of license.

Bitwise comparison option for the faint of heart

Currently I'm using sha256 to compare files.
In order for there to be an error, there must be 2 files with the same size, same hash, and different content.
That's extremely unlikely even if you try to do it on purpose.

Return a meaningful status code on exit

Don't just exit.

Parallelize hash calculation

When a second file with a certain file is found, they both need to get their hashes calculated.
It should be pretty simple to parallelize at least these 2 hash calculations.

Handle failed read/delete

If for eg, the user does not have permissions to dele a file, or to read it.

Progress indicator

It should be fairly simple to have a routine counting files that are walked, and another one actually doing the deduping.
When the walk finishes we are able to create a progress bar.

Compare paths to make sure we don't compare a file to itself

That can lead to a file being deleted because it's the same as itself, and that's not good.

Option to hard link files instead of deleting them

Option to treat hardlinks as the same file
