Replace `markdown-it` with remark plugin

The reason for that is remark allows us to use VSCode grammar for highlighting which is something impossible to do with markdown-it because it doesn't supports async functions...

Perhaps, we could use an Eleventy transform to post-process the file but I am not sure if this is a good idea.

Nacara already needs some custom plugins for some of each features like block container or the headers anchors.

Add open graph image generation
