Hi Everyone welcome to my first project in Django and web application development.

You check out my project by following the below mentioned guidelines

1. Sofware requirements: Python(3.8), and Django(3.2)
2. Download/clone my repository to your local machine.
3. Update your Zendesk credentails in viewerapp/credentials.py ZENDESK_SUBDOMAIN, ZENDESK_USERNAME, ZENDESK_PASSWORD
4. Run "python manage.py runserver" in your terminal to start the server
5. Then click on the developer server link produced Generally development server "http://127.0.0.1:8000/"
6. You can list of tickets in the web application
7. You can futher view a particular ticket details by clicking on the id

TESTING: You can Test the application using test cases in viewerapp/tests/ folder To run these test cases enter "python manage.py test viewerapp" in your terminal
