I've found a couple of typos in Schema.pm master branch (1.5.0):

Interesting project!
Race condition adding identities
Parallel instances of manitou-mdx --mailbox=... --import-list=... may conflict when creating not-yet-existing identities at start time, leading to duplicates.
Inserts into identities should be serialized and identities.email_addr made unique.
