Doesn't support creeping on directories

Add the functionality to creep on multiple files at once or a directory.

creeper -files foo.txt,bar.txt,grok.code -cmd submit_job.sh ../

creeper -fldr src/ -cmd rebar compile

Provide ability to avoid blocking behaviour

Currently one command is executed and it blocks until this is complete.

This may cause the pipeline to back up with execution commands as the internal timer channel adjusts the ticks to account for missed intervals.

Currently not a problem as most executions are fast enough, and there is the option to alter the -wait parameter to push out the creeping attempts.

Not a priority now, but could be a neat feature and would require extra control options such as what to do if there is a block (skip-creep, queue-creep, etc...)
