• parse.py parses the website source link and converts the mess menu into a response dict
• bot.py checks if there is need to publish the menu. If yes, it pretty prints to the channel

improve logging

if the program crashes due any runtime error, it would be better to have logs to know the traceback as well as when program crashed.
explore logging module or stick with print statements of the essential parameters and pipe stdout to a file when running the program

add cli parameter to avoid republishing menu when restarting the python program

In case the python program is restarted, the user should be able to pass a parameter to make ensure that mess menu is not republished to the channel, in case it crashed/stopped after publishing to the telegram channel for that day.
