Now that the JSON stuff has been resolved (all AsmViz graphs are now exportable via cy.json()) this should be quite doable.

Yeah, creating a "export graph state" button seems like it'd be just a standard call to JSON.stringify(cy.json()) exported via a data URI, but that generates a really large string (~690,000 characters for component 3 [870 nodes, 1172 edges] of the Shakya assembly). And then we run into the same problem we ran into with exporting DNA.

We could also use eles.json() or something similar, to avoid passing deducible style information I guess. Look into this.

We could look into storing those JSON graph-state files on the server (if/when we host the viewer interface on a server), so they could be loaded from there. I think that would work.
