• consider methods like "claim area" for making late unification go faster
• work on religion-specific estates
• investigate those new dynamic localizations for name changes? unlikely
• look at diplomatic distance calculations to assuage problems of tags like Otomo being too isolated to make friends
• change truce timers? from 5-15 to 4-10, for instance
• "Apart from subjugation CBs, I think an interesting implementation would be to allow clans to receive events to release local tags as vassals when invading enemy territories.
  Perhaps not all of their cores as that could be problematic, but something similar to M&T's war dynamism mechanic could be borrowed here"
