Move Webpack to packages

Webpack is a project. So it needs to be moved to packages.

Create a CI

This project needs a CI in order to merge with master when some label is applied.

Add new element for each slice inside of the html build

The HTML content file should be implemented according to the new slice is built. For example, when I run yarn build slice-header, the index.html should be added a new element <div id="slice-header /> automatically.

Add PostCSS in project

Research about styled-components and emotion.

Problems with build folder

The build folder should be removed before creating a new build. The webpack is keeping old files inside of the folder.

Implements Atomic Design

This project will be implemented with atomic design concepts

This project needs to implements SSR for the project.
Each slice should be a server.
Each slice should be rendered inside of the template with SSR concepts.

Each slice should run independently. The slice should be rendered with your components only.

@ui/button is module not found in web-server

Web-server doesn't find @ui/button as an internal module, because it's looking for in node_modules.
