From framer-motion to tailwindcss-animate

Another way to achieve this could be using tailwindcss-animate. Since its already installed, can be a better choice (1 less package, ssr).

eg., in the app/page.tsx:

from
<AnimatePresence mode="wait">

to
<div className="animate-in fade-in zoom-in">
