Mern-Challange

Mern-Challenge is a Full stack app builded with Node, Express, React, MongoDb and Typescript in which you can Login/SignUp, edit your User's data and your children's data.

Feel free to use this repository however you want, but if you find it useful and will use it in production or present it inside your own project, please ask for my permission first.

Requisites

To follow the instructions to start the app you will need node & npm installed on your system.

Instructions

1. Open a terminal and clone the project.

git clone https://github.com/margenpro/Mern-Challenge.git

This will create a folder and download the project inside.

2. Install client dependencies

Open another terminal inside the folder you just created and run:

npm run install-client

This will install the dependencies for the client side.

3. Install server dependencies

Open another terminal inside the folder you just created and run:

npm install

This will install the dependencies for the server as well.

4. Run the project

In the current terminal run:

npm run dev

This will run the server and client at the same time.
