DMLProc failing to start

I've implemented the ansible playbook into a 3 cluster solution running off of a vanilla Ubuntu 18 image on AWS. The services all seem to be running correctly (when I view open ports, they all seem in place), however, when I try to add a node to the cluster, it times out. Eventually the following error will populate /var/log/syslog.

DMLProc failed to start due to : /home/jenkins/workspace/MariaDBE-Custom-DEB/label/ubuntu-1804/MariaDBEnterprise/storage/columnstore/columnstore/dbcon/execplan/clientrotator.cpp: Could not get a connection to a ExeMgr

Obviously that file is non existent on this server. Could this be a reason that the cluster is failing to add nodes?
