intermitent resource not found in reportinteraction2.html

In that particular page there is an intermittent error popping up referring to a resource not fund (404) error.

It looks like some type of race condition since it comes up always the first time you run the sample and then disappears unless you run it form other browser or an incognito window

remove duplicated jQuery UI resources

the samples merged were using different jquery UI.
this can be optimize to decrease the size of the package

need centralized login

we are hardcoding username/password for each request - perhaps instead we'll just call rest login method instead?

Save dash option does not work if the sample is not deployed in a tomcat container

When deploying the sample in a webserver (not a Tomcat container) the dashboard save option does not work. i.e. Apache HTTP @ localhost and Tomcat @ 127.0.0.1:8080

The error I get is:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://127.0.0.1:8080/dashboardsaver?username=default. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://127.0.0.1' is therefore not allowed access.

We should see if we can make the save option work from any domain since Visualize let us to host the web application separate from the App container.

need centralized configuration for jrs

Currently each file is calling the BIF.init method and passing in a hardcoded location for the server - we need to think of a way to centralize this in one file so that those not running on localhost:8080/jasperserver-pro can configure this project

All input controls getting added together when pushing set button

If you have more then one report on the screen and click the set button when viewing the input controls for that report a combined collection of all input controls on the screen is collect from all reports and not just the one you are viewing. Christoph said he had an idea on how to filter this list down to just the current report being looked at.

Some reports in the dashboard do not render IC's properly

It looks like we are looking for options object (control.state.options) to build out the dashboard Input control UI. But if the first input control in a report has no options but a free text input control we are getting no UI update and the error.

Looks like @GeneArnold found a workaround for this so assigning it to him to fix it :)

Moving to new API

Opened a new branch SHA: be4268f to work on this.

There are new features available so will try to add these in as i go.

Put all the javascript in extenal js files

Cleanup the code and get all the the Javascript in external files
