Traversy School App

This ia simple project based on Brad Traversy's course called "Node.js API Masterclass with Express & MongoDB" on Udemy. I modified seveal of the features to make it a bit more unique. It is a back-end for an application that allows registered users to add universities to a database, then associate professors with each school.

The API was developed and tested with Postman. The API will be explained at the url mwatson-school-app.heroku-app.com.

Change from Mailtrap to SendGrid for sending password reset emails

Registering with duplicate email returns status code 500 instead of expected 401

The ErrorResponse class should set the status to whatever is passed into the constructor. The result should be the status code in Postman matches this parameter. I am not seeing this. Instead, the server returns a 500.

Aggregate averageSalary doesn't work when seeding data

Appears to be indeterminant behavior. Sometime averageSalary gets calculated on seed, sometimes not. Seems to always get calculated when creating new profs using the API in Postman.
