This repository contains the source code for the AspireSample application, a cloud-native application developed using the .NET Aspire framework. The application demonstrates the use of .NET Aspire's capabilities in building resilient, observable, and configurable cloud-native applications.
AspireSample.Web: An ASP.NET Core Blazor App providing the front-end UI. AspireSample.ApiService: An ASP.NET Core Minimal API template project for backend services. AspireSample.ServiceDefaults: A shared project used for managing configurations that are reused across the solution. AspireSample.AppHost: The orchestrator project responsible for the overall running of the application.
To run the application:
Ensure you have .NET 8 and the necessary .NET Aspire SDKs installed. Clone the repository to your local machine. Navigate to the AspireSample.AppHost directory and run the application using the .NET CLI command dotnet run.
The application utilizes a Redis container for caching purposes. Service communication is orchestrated within the application, allowing seamless interaction between different components. The application is configured with resilience and service discovery defaults to handle distributed architecture demands.
Contributions to the AspireSample application are welcome. Please read our contributing guidelines before submitting your contributions.
