Brackets hangs during JSLint scan of large file

I have a JS file that's an array of arrays used for games that need a dictionary. It's 1362KB in size, and upon loading it in Brackets, JSLint embarks on an epic journey to try to lint it.

Well, it doesn't need linting--just editing. Brackets hangs up like a jilted girlfriend during the lint, and it's entirely an issue with JSLint. (The current web version dies trying to parse it with a recursion failure.)

Not your fault, for sure, but still an issue. An option for the plug-in that disallowed linting any file larger than X KB would likely resolve this and still allow linting files of a more sane size. Any JS file larger than 100K probably needs to be broken down into smaller modules. Unfortunately for the dictionary, breaking it down into smaller files isn't really an option.

No support to toggle 'this' support.

When using the this keyword we get a

strict violation

error. No way in options to set this to false or true as it is on original site: http://jslint.com/.

make release version configurable

Thanks for the plugin. Would you please add the option to configure the jslint release to use? Gulp-jslint for example allows to configure it so it would be ideal that the developer using brackets uses the same version that later on a release process will use.

I tried deploying the newest file in the extension directory but it did not work even after restarting brackets because just like the original brackets jslint code this plugin tries to use JSLINT which is not longer defined.

For now I am forced to uninstall this plugin and manually delete the internal jslint.js that comes with brackets to avoid confusion.
