Unable to open database file

Hello There,

I am new to sqlite3 and also new to the Laravel.
When I try to to test demo, it say unable to open database file.

$ php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Markpurser\LaravelCrudKit\CrudKitServiceProvider"
In Connector.php line 68:                                      
  SQLSTATE[HY000] [14] unable to open database file  

I think, I might need to add sqlite3 username and password in .env file.
But I can't find the database username, password information in read me and wiki section.

syntax error with php 5.6 [probably fixed]

Hi! Thank you for this neat framework.
FYI there is a small problem with php5.6 -- it complains about syntax errors in vendor/markpurser/laravel-crudkit/src/Classes/PageDescriptor.php (lines :125 and :144).
The fix seems to be simply removing parentheses around leftmost ->, e.g. $this->getTable()->createRecord($columnValues); -- they don't seem to be necessary as -> is left-associative anyway (at least in 5.6). in case it is not in 7.x (which would be weird but php is disgusting and ill-designed so who knows) these constructs can be made portable with the use of additional variable. This is a very fast and shallow diagnose so of course it requires your examination; nevertheless the demo works like a charm under 5.6 now.
