[Feature Request] Change date formats

Allow users to select how the date format is displayed. I am used to MM/DD/YYYY so when I see DD/MM/YYYY it confuses me.

Significant visual issues with nameplates

Nameplate text appears very dim and in some situations (like when one nameplate is in front of another) nameplate text is not visible at all.

Notes appear blank sometimes

Notes sometimes appear blank on nameplate, the colored circle shows up with no text next to it. Happens to both Notes and DateAdded on nameplate.

Seems to happen when someone is added as a friend in the same instance, fixed after rejoining.

I'll try to fix this in a few days, am pretty busy with school rn :)
