Some configuration options are already default values

Hi,

just had a quick glance through your repo. for most of the option below root/etc/kopano the values used are already the default ones so its not necessary to specify them in the cfg files. Also using debug logging for all services may also not be the best idea for later production use (i don't know if nethserver will auto overwrite these files if you update them later).

Shall I prepare a pr with slimmed down config files or do you want to look into this?
