Complete sample code for demonstrating common db caching strats

Implement fully working db caching strategies in a minimalist app. Better if pros and cons can be simulated through the actual code. At run-time. Consider architecting best practices and performance implications.

Create Sample CloudFormation templates to demonstrate basic provisioning of resources

Create an entire dev networking environment with standard CIDR address range to house a basic 3-tier web architecture using modularized & nested templates to help students familiarize and make friends with CloudFormation.

Need help from aspiring contributors. Good practice for advanced learners.
