Activate publishing on Heroku for the remaining accounts

Depends on them all first having:

been created on twitter
authorised the app for publishing
environment variables set on heroku
been activated for publishing in the app

See separate ticket for each.

Heroku dyno shuts down of it's own accord

Happens when Heroku deems the app to have been idle for an hour. It seems that merely making http requests is not sufficient for Heroku to percieve an app as active.

Add barley to keywords for tweeting a gluten alert

The author(s) of the RSS feed aren't as consistent about citing allergens as was previously thought. An alert was published for barley that doesn't also cite gluten as an allergen.
