rework lecture 2 Ising model

In lecture 2 Ising Model the solution is still not satifying!
A few method related problems may also occur:

• Metropolis is not made for simulations close to the crititcal point, there cluster algorithms perform much better
• starting with random conformations causes long relaxation times to end up in fully magnetized states or even trap the system in domains, depending on the temperature

Rework autocorrelation function of polymer end to end vector in lecture 4

• too much output yet!
• no exponential decay due to start with artificial conformation

Add radial distribution function to lecture 4 notebook

The last task in lecture 4, calculating the radial distribution function, is still missing.
