Drop "action creator" terminology for "service"

Thats an interesting question and one I've debated a little in my head

My current thinking on it: One of the goals of Marty is to make it easy to get started with the flux architecture. Using a dialect that's people are more familiar with (i.e. using words like service, command, etc) is a very sensible approach for achieving that. However I'm uncertain how much easier it makes the understanding of these new concepts we're introducing.

Also, considering most of the Flux community seems to have embraced the terminology, anyone coming from alternative frameworks or reading articles will have to constantly translate between "services" to "action creators".

Right now I feel keeping as close to the current consensus of what the flux architecture is the best strategy. However I'm happy to be persuaded otherwise 😄
