Moreover, there are different versions of Windows Enterprise (normal and N for EU citizens). It could be interesting to change:
$WindowsVersion -eq "Microsoft Windows xx Enterprise" to $WindowsVersion -clike "Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise"

or add "Microsoft Windows xx Entreprise N"
