My personal keymap for the Lazydesigners' Bolt keyboard.

Included in my custom marydodo/keymap.c

• My personal layers
  • [QWERTY] alpha main layer
  • [SYMBOLS] number and shifted symbols
  • [CONFIG] FN and reset layer
  • [SHIFTED] shift layer
  • [GAMING] gaming layer
• Lighting layers
  • Code to light bolt only
  • Code to light underglow only
  • Code to light all LEDs on the board

Shift Layer and Shift Key

This keymap includes a SHIFT Layer. The regular SHIFT key is baked into the ALPHA layer. You are free to use the actual layer if you want. The layer exists so that in the current ALPHA layer, the ligtning bolt will light up when pressed.

Lighting Layers

This layout includes lighting layers for CAPS LOCK and for layers 1-3. Please read comments inside the keymap.c file for more information on the code used and how to adjust the lighting layers to light up underglow only, lightning bolt logo only, or all LEDs on the board.

IMPORTANT:

Remember to add #define RGBLIGHT_LAYERS in your config.h file.

Info light and keymap

Hi
you have made a great customization of this keyboard, very nice. I'm just not sure how it work.. What key combinaison you used to switch to a different layer ?

And on the keymap, there is the qmk configurator that do give a .json file. So is your's are simply hard coded into the chip firmware ?
