Cannot enable New UI after clean installing Office 365 Pro Plus

For some unknown reasons, it doesn't trigger the new look (in a few cases) even after multiple app reopens and Outlook login, forcing it with a registry tweak helps. I have the same problem on 17602.20000. Have tried several times to open the application, use it for a while and then close it. Windows 11 Workstation 22631.3447.

• Open command prompt as admin and enter
  reg delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office /f
• Install ohook from MAS
• Open office apps a couple of times, let me know if the issue is not resolved.
