A website for the students of IIITDM Jabalpur to report and claim lost and found items.

Features

• Users can report lost items.
• Users can claim found items.
• Users can view all the reported items.
• Users will receive a daily email about the items reported on that day.
• Users will get a notification when their item is claimed.

How to run the project

• Clone the repository
• Install the dependencies
• Ask the maintainers for the envionment variables
• Change the directory to the frontend folder
• Run the command npm run dev
• Change the directory to the backend folder
• Run the command npm run dev

The app crashes when we try to add images greater than 10MB. This is because the app saves the image to the session storage and that's what causes the app to crash.
