Embed icon files in the binary

Now that the executable is built with zig, we can use @embedFile to embed the images in the binary

Windows has no case-insensitive search

Improve strcasestr implementation for windows

This would make CG Workbench a single executable on windows as well

Remove `imgui.ini` literring

Right now, dear imgui litters the working directory with a imgui.ini file. This file is not helpful for the workbench, so it should not be created in the first place.

Image node should embed image data

Image node serializes the file path instead of the image data. This is not portable and should be changed.

Enable release builds for windows again

When ziglang/zig#6492 is fixed.

Dragging an input to an output draws the line from 0,0

Instead the starting position of the line should be drawn from the input position on the screen. Not from the origin.
