Pivotal Tracker Numbers

Every story in Pivotal Tracker has a unique numeric identifier. We find it much easier to refer to "story 12345" than "user sees a large gibbering monkey when pressing the click me button". This Tampermonkey script makes those numbers visible.

Display numbers for new stories

Currently this just loads the numbers on page load. New stories will not have their numbers displayed until the page is refreshed. The displayStoryNumberInHeader function can be used to display the number once we have hooked into the new story creation functionality.
