Can't set protocol.

The protocol is hardcoded to 'http'.

HTTP Client errors cause exception in appdynamics-node.

In case the client can't reach the server, eg wrong hostname, port, server unreachable, etc, this exception occurs:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'body' of undefined

The expected behavior is that the callback is called with the err argument populated with an exception.

We're running node 4.2. But according to package.json you only support {"node":">=0.8.0 <=0.12.7"}

Can we use this on node.js 4.2 ?

Not able to login in Appdynamic

Hi,
I used this module to login in appdynalics but it is giving me error.

var AppDynamics = require('appdynamics-node'),
client = new AppDynamics({
url: 'XXXXXX.saas.appdynamics.com/controller/rest/applications/Testing123/metrics?metric-path=Application',
username: 'XXXXXXl@XXXXXX',
password: 'XXXXXX'

});

console.log(client);

It is throwing an exception.
